To provide you with better services and reflect updates in relevant laws and regulations, the Hanpass Location-Based Services Terms and Conditions will be amended. Please refer to the details below regarding the upcoming changes.

 

1. Key Amendments

2. Schedule and Effective Date

• Notice Period: July 15, 2026 – July 21, 2026
• Effective Date: The amended terms will take effect on July 22, 2026.

 

3. Objections and Inquiries

• If you do not agree to the amended terms and conditions, you may request to withdraw your membership.
• If you do not express any objection (such as withdrawing your membership) before the effective date (July 22, 2026), you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.
