Hanpass 'Points' Service Guide

Hello, this is Hanpass.

 

Thank you for using the Hanpass service.

 

Hanpass provides a service that allows users to earn points through various activities to make the app experience more enjoyable.

 

The points you earn can be converted into Wallet balace and used for actual service usage.

 

Please check below for how to use the service.

1. What is the Points Service?

Points are rewards earned through games, missions, events, and other activities within the Hanpass app.

 

Earned points can be used as follows:

- 1Point = 1KRW value

- Points can be converted into Wallet balance

- Converted Wallet balance can be used for Hanpass services such as remittance and payments

 

* Points are not cash and are provided as in-service rewards.

 

* The 1 Point = 1 KRW converson policy may change depending on the company's service conditions.

2. How to Use Points

Earned points can be used in the following way.

 

Point → Wallet Conversioon

- 1 Point = 1 KRW

- Conversion is available only when holding at least the minimun required points

- Conversion is available in units of 1,000P

 

Example)

Owned Points : 5,900P

→ Convertible : 4,000P

→ Remaining Points : 1,900P

 

* A minium balance of 1,000 points must remain after conversion.

3. Points Expiration

Points are valid for 3 years from the date they are earned.

 

Points that exceed the expiration period will be automatically expired. (We will notify users within the service before expiration, so please make sure to use your points before they expire.)

 

* When converting points into Wallet balacne, points with the earliest expiration date will be used first automatically.

4. Important Notes

Poins issuance or usage may be restricted in the folowwing cases:

- Detection of abnormal usage (macros, automation programs, etc.)

- Duplicate issuance caused by system erros

- Violation of service policies

- Detection of fraudulent participation

 

In such cases, the company may revoke points or restrict ervice usage.

5. Changes to Service Policy

Service operation policies, including games, missions, and point issuance standards, may change for the following reasons:

- Changes to service operation policies

- Event termination

- System improvements

- Changes in laws or regulations

 

Any changes will be announced through in-service notices.
