Notice of Amendment to Hanpass Overseas Remittance Service Terms and Conditions

We sincerely thank all members for using Hanpass.
In order to provide better services, the Terms and Conditions for the Hanpass Service will be amended.
Please review the details below for your reference when using the service.

 

1. Effective Date of the Amended Terms and Conditions

　- January 1, 2026

 

2. Key Amendments

　- Increase in the overseas remittance limit for Korean residents (nationals) (from USD 50,000 to USD 100,000 per year)

Article 3 (Limitations on remittance) The upper limits on the amounts which the Client can remit through the Service are as follows. 　1. USD 5,000 per day of the remittance and the receipt respectively. 　2. Accumulated total of USD 50,000 a year for the remittance and the receipt respectively.

Article 3 (Limitations on remittance) The upper limits on the amounts which the Client can remit through the Service are as follows. 1. Korean Residents   - The per-transaction limit for outgoing and incoming remittances shall be USD 5,000 respectively.   - The cumulative annual limit for outgoing and incoming remittances shall be USD 100,000 respectively, calculated on an aggregated basis across all financial institutions (including banks, securities companies, and small-amount overseas remittance service providers). 2. Foreign Nationals and Korean Non-Residents   - The per-transaction limit for outgoing and incoming remittances shall be USD 5,000 respectively. - The cumulative annual limit for outgoing and incoming remittances shall be USD 50,000 respectively.

4. Objections and Inquiries

　- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, the user may terminate the contract within one (1) month from the date the amended terms are posted or notified.

　- If no objection is raised within this period, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.

　- For any inquiries regarding the amendment of the Terms and Conditions, please contact the Hanpass Customer Service Center.
