| Rights Information | The right of withdrawal allows a financial consumer, under Article 46 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act, to withdraw from a financial product contract within a certain period after applying for it. ※ Withdrawal period: For loan-type products within 14 days from the date of receiving contract documents or the date of contract signing, or, if funds are provided later, within 14 days from the date of disbursement. |
| How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal | If the financial consumer notifies the financial company in writing of their intent to withdraw and returns any funds, goods, interest, or fees received, the financial company must return any related fees or payments to the consumer within three (3) business days from the date of return. ※ Hanpass Co., Ltd. is a financial product sales agency/broker and not a party to the financial contract. Therefore, this right must be exercised directly with the financial company that is the contracting party.
