How to Exercise the Right to Access Records
- If you wish to access records managed by Hanpass Co., Ltd. in relation to services it provides as a financial product sales agency or broker, you may submit the following documents along with evidence verifying the purpose and content of your request, via email (loan@hanpass.com ) or Hanpass 1:1 Inquiry

Processing of Record Access Requests
- Hanpass Co., Ltd. will, within six (6) business days from the date of receiving the request, allow the applicant to access the requested records.
However, if grounds exist for restriction or rejection, the company will notify the financial consumer and may limit or deny access.※ Grounds for Restriction or Rejection (Article 28(5) of the Financial Consumer Protection Act):
- When laws or regulations restrict or prohibit access or listening
- When access or listening may endanger another person’s life or body, or unfairly infringe on another person’s property or interests
- When access or listening would significantly infringe upon Hanpass’s trade secrets or be otherwise inappropriate
- When disclosure of personal information would unduly infringe on privacy or freedom
- When the materials requested are clearly unrelated to the consumer’s rights or remedies
